Andrei Padlivakhin
Andrei grew up dancing, having fallen in love with dance at the age of seven in his hometown of Vitebsk, Belarus. His passion for dance led him to study at many Ballroom and Latin dance studios for children and teens, where he competed successfully at the national and international level. Andrei is a graduate of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts with the qualifications of a Choreographer and Teacher of Ballroom and Latin dancing. His passion for performing and choreographing led him to become a featured performer aboard a cruise ship. Afterward, he spent nine years as a co-founder, producer, performer and choreographer for a production company in Macao, China that produced Ballroom and Latin dance shows for the Sands Macao, Venetian Macao, Galaxy Macao and other hotel casinos. In 2013, Andrei moved to the United States to expand his teaching skills. He teaches the basics and nuances of each dance with dedication and sensitivity. Andrei’s creativity and love of dance have inspired his students to realize their dreams of personal artistry and performance, with many competing successfully at the national level and performing beautifully in public showcases. Here at Pivot Ballroom, Andrei provides our community of dancers with the opportunity to experience Ballroom and Latin dancing on an entirely new level, teaching beginners and advanced students of every age.
